when i was 15 i had sex with a police officer to get out of being arrested, it continued as a consensual sexual relationship for two years and in return for sex i would get out of trouble, like a speeding ticket. he was only 35 at the time, i cut it off when i was 17 because i found out he had a baby on the way. we haven’t talked and recently i just turned 18 and he told me if i told anyone or showed anyone our naked pictures we had, he would arrest me. i also don’t want him to get in trouble, we both did nothing wrong since it was consensual. the way he threatened me and told me i would get arrested is scaring me. will i get in trouble if anyone ever found out?

Don’t let him intimidate you.
Go to a police department or district attorneys office and report it.
It was not OK, even if consensual. You were a minor and he was an adult. Worse yet, he is a police officer that knows better. If he did it to you, I’m sure he did it to others.
It’s cops like that that tarnish the badge and he should be fired and arrested.
Very similar to the recent Bay area case where several police officers had sex with a minor. They were all fired and charged with a crime.
Don’t live with this, report it immediately. You can also call a sex abuse hotline to get help reporting this because that’s what this was, sex abuse.
