My husband is on probation for domestic assault and battery and is going to trial for threatening bodily harm , strangulation, burglary and stolen firearm . Today he showed me a gun, I said why do u have that he said I was going to kill you with it, is that a crime?
ANSWER:
Yes – Depending on your state a potentially very serious crime. Criminal Threats or other similar laws. If someone did that to me I would leave to a safe place and call the police. Especially with previous criminal history and being on probation. That makes the crime even more serious.
