QUESTION:
My brother just discovered that when his now 18 year old daughter was 15 through 17, a 19 year old boy was having her send him sexually explicit videos and pictures. The texts he found were always explicit….but the main ones were of her coming to join his “stable” in Alabama. She lives in California.
My question is…..since this was just discovered, is it too late to do anything legally about this situation.

This is hard to know and should be discussed with local law enforcement. The fact it was photos vs. rape or sexual activity also makes it more complicated. Consensual or non consensual? There are many legal aspects to issues like this that are more for the lawyers to decide. You would need to talk to someone to see if there is any case to be had, this also depends on where you are located and all the local and state laws that might be specific to this type of things.
I think we all know that phones are the gateway to all sorts of issues in today’s society. Also someone would need many more details than what is supplied below. I would tell them to look locally for assistance.
