Question: Near Beer and Driving
In most jurisdictions is drinking a beer with less than .5% ABV (NA Beer) considered an open container violation? Thanks!
Answer:
It would need to have zero alcohol in it to not be considered a violation in my state. Play it safe, do not give people the reason to think you are violating the law and life becomes much simpler.
Drink those at home, drink something else in the car. Simplest solution.
