I live in NY we recently bought the house we’ve been renting, the downstairs Tenants were evicted in October and they left their trampoline. They claimed they’d pick it up but it’s been over 2 months now, when can we get rid of it?
ANSWER:
As in you purchased the entire house and now those tenants are now your tenants? If so I would review the eviction paperwork to see see what stipulations might be on that paperwork.
