I could write hundreds and hundreds of pages on situations just like the ones above. But that won't solve anything. What we need to do is convince you, if you are a victim, to GET HELP NOW. Don’t let an “I’m sorry†or “I won't do it again" solve the situation temporarily. That’s all it will be, temporary. The violence will escalate to physical eventually. A woman’s self confidence will slowly be beaten or drained away.
