If I knock a transgendered “man” smooth out, do I go to jail for regular assault or is it worse because I actually hit a woman?
ANSWER:
I would assume it would be go to jail on multiple charges and probably considered a hate crime depending on where you are located.
As you know we live in complicated times, our suggestion it just to not get involved in any altercation with anyone as in the end fighting is not worth all the issues that come with it. Legal costs and jail time only being a couple of the biggest issues. Ruining your life, losing your job and not being hirable ever again are a couple others.
